Huge seracs points like missiles
Right at us
While riding these steep spines
It'll fall - and only the mountain knows when
Unaware that this is a perilous descent
The chairlifts rocking steady onwards
Passing through towers and terminals
Our ski-borne feet dangling in the breeze
Hanging high over
Frost layered trees
'Till we're sweeping down
On powdered hills, chills down my spine
In you I've found
Some common ground, a partner in crime
Chasing you down perfect trails
My snowblades skimming the surface
Straight between the roads not taken
Our ways cross
You're still unshaken
